I was really surprised. The taste is OK with milk … not so great with water, but it is good enough to shake a supplement, and it is miles better than old-school days, shake the taste of liquid chalk. I'm trying to lose a few pounds, so I do as a meal replacement at least once during the day and it takes real time and fills. I drift a lot and I am always hungry, and he still manages to keep hunger at bay. I use a 28 oz Black. Blender Bottle W / wire-ShakerBall and it works very dandy. No complaints here and I will certainly continue to purchase this and other flavorings.
